Q: Where do you pick us up from?

A: Pick up locations include QEO Bendigo and All Seasons Bendigo.

Q: Do you drop us back at the end of the tour?

A: We sure do! We return to your original departure point.

Q: What do I need to wear?

A: Smart casual comfortable clothing is best.

Q: We only have a party of 3, can you still accomodate us?

A: We understand that your group may be smaller, we will do our best to put you and your friends with another partially booked tour.

Q: Are the tour dates listed on your website the only days available?

A: We schedule wine tours on most Saturdays (depending on demand), however if you prefer times outside of these hours or for a longer or shorter duration, we can accomodate your requirements, subject to availability and price on application.

Q: How do I organise a private group tour?

A: Simply get in touch and we will tailor a tour to suit your specific needs.

Q: Are alcoholic drinks included in the tour fee?

A: Tastings at each venue are included.

Q: Do you provide drinking water?

A: Complimentary bottled water will be available all day.

Q: What are your minimum/maximum numbers on each tour?

A: We require a minimum of seven (7) people on each tour & a maximum of twenty five (25).

Q: When do we pay?

A: Full payment is required upon booking. Your seat is not secured until you have paid.

Q: Do you cater for special dietary requirements or allergies?

A: Yes, please inform us upon booking so we can arrange catering to suit your specific needs.

Q: What if we need to cancel unexpectedly?

A: Cancellations will incur a $50 fee per person. However, this $50 can be put towards another tour if you reschedule immediately.
